Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system. This role is dedicated to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues, interprets their needs, and designs appropriate resolutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement to uphold system reliability and client satisfaction throughout daily operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base resources.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in managing and maintaining secure network access policies and configurations.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
