Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement technologies that address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and operational effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience with both frontend and backend development technologies related to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile software development practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and integration within Laboratory Information and Execution Systems environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across multiple layers of the application stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
