Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and provide a solid foundation for future growth and innovation. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain comprehensive design artifacts for reference and compliance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk PharmaSuite.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures for manufacturing platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with automation systems and software used in manufacturing industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
