Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design, ensuring that all components align effectively. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in coordinating efforts across teams to support a unified and efficient data platform environment, fostering innovation and operational excellence throughout the data lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable data platform solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data strategies and platform objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong understanding of data platform architecture and design principles.
- Experience in collaborating with architects and technical teams to integrate complex data systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting multiple teams and systems.
- Familiarity with data modeling and system integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
