As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact activities, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions. The practitioner also dedicates time to advising the information technology function, helping shape strategies and processes that enhance overall organizational effectiveness. The position demands a dynamic approach to managing complex projects while fostering strong communication and coordination across multiple teams to drive results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and decision-making.
- Capability to analyze and improve project processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
