Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- Strong experience in designing and developing conversational interfaces using Google CES Conversational Agent.
- Ability to integrate conversational agents with backend systems and APIs to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing conversational agent performance.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
