Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating and implementing advanced technology solutions tailored for new and evolving industries and products. The role requires translating complex system requirements into detailed design specifications, ensuring that the solutions align with project goals and client needs. This position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and enhance the software development process, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering Strong experience in SQL
Experience with PySpark, Python (Programming Language), AWS Lambda Administration. AWS Glue Redshift Airflow
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and data integration techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and transformation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and computing platforms.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
