Define architecture standards and patterns across compute, network, and storage domains, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements while supporting business and operational needs.

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing comprehensive data center infrastructure that spans compute, storage, and networking components. The role emphasizes creating scalable and secure environments that integrate artificial intelligence capabilities while maintaining cost efficiency. This position requires establishing architectural standards and patterns that align with security protocols and compliance mandates. The Infrastructure Architect collaborates with various teams to ensure that infrastructure solutions meet both business objectives and operational demands, continuously refining systems to support evolving technological needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure designs meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance and security.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain up-to-date technical guidelines for infrastructure deployment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, and networking layers.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to data center environments.
- Ability to define and enforce architecture standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled infrastructure components and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing infrastructure performance to support business continuity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
