Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

In the role of Data Engineer, a typical day involves managing and enhancing data infrastructure to support business analytics and reporting needs. This includes developing and refining data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and ensuring data quality and accessibility. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable, efficient data solutions that drive informed decision-making within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document processes and maintain clear communication regarding data management activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ab Initio.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation using Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
