Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Skilled in leading technical teams and managing collaborative development environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions and integration techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- A 15 years full time education is required.
