Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Designs, develops, and deploys AI/ML solutions including predictive models, NLP applications, computer vision, and generative AI. Builds end-to-end ML pipelines, integrates models via APIs, implements MLOps practices, and ensures responsible AI (fairness, explainability, bias detection). Collaborates with data scientists and engineers to move prototypes to production. Mentors junior developers.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science, Docker Kubernetes Architecture, Prompt Engineering.
Python & AI/ML ecosystem: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain
Cloud AI/ML: Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI
MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML Pipelines
Generative AI: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector DBs
Docker & Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines
RESTful API & microservices development
Deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs)

Good to have :
Data manipulation: Pandas, NumPy, Spark, SQL
Experience in pharma/healthcare/life sciences
Master's or Ph.D. in AI/ML/CS

- Experience with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in full stack development.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architectures.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

Azure AI Engineer Associate
AWS Certified ML – Specialty

Preferred Certs:
Google Professional ML Engineer
NVIDIA DLI Certification
Stanford/DeepLearning.AI ML/DL Certificate

Resource should work from Pune only

Resource should visit client office 3 times a week
Resource will be will work on CENCORA payroll after a year
