Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture of custom software systems that effectively translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. This role requires a thoughtful approach to creating frameworks that support long-term business goals while ensuring system robustness and efficiency. The architect collaborates with various stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational objectives, continuously refining designs to meet evolving needs and maintain optimal performance across applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and experience with platform integration.
- Expertise in designing scalable and secure application frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience with system performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
