Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Ability to optimize data integration and transformation processes to support business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with database querying languages and data warehousing concepts to enhance data accessibility and performance.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to business intelligence tools and data pipelines.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
