Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, assisting them in implementing effective solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires understanding and translating customer requirements into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with client expectations and requirements is a key focus throughout the day, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
