Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle, ensuring that testing is thorough and effective in identifying defects and areas for improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PTC Windchill. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
