Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational priorities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience with asset lifecycle management and configuration management within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement custom workflows and automation within ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage to connect ServiceNow HAM with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
