Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a focus on continuous enhancement to support evolving organizational goals and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between different system modules.
- Good understanding of performance tuning and scalability considerations in software design.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
