RESPONSIBILITIES: • Act as Junior Team Lead, spending 70% of time on supervisory activities and 30% of time on processing transactions. • Act as escalation point to the Associate manager • Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled. • Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals. • Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback for direct reports in Payroll Admin teams (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance) • Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• With at least 3 years relevant experience; 1-year supervisory experience
• Payroll and SAP experience are required
