The role ensures high-quality, timely, and compliant case handling in line with client expectations and global AML regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: • People and Performance Management • Operational Delivery • Quality and Compliance Oversight • Risk and Escalation Management • Process and Stakeholder Collaboration OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At 3 to 5 years of AML relevant experience • 1 year of supervisory experience
