THE WORK:

Location: Warsaw - Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Research and analyze emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks

Assess the applicability of AI solutions to our clients and projects Develop proofs of concept and prototypes to demonstrate AI’s potential

Design and implement AI-driven solutions across consulting, technology, and operations

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI into real-world use cases
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Python or other programming languages and willingness to use Python
Good understanding of existing AI/LLM/GenAI models and their pros, cons and differences
Practical experience in using AI/LLM/GenAI models through API
Practical experience in structuring various prompts and their benefits
Understanding of the Agentive AI concepts and available tools to set AI Agents teams
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Hands on experience in programming and ability to verify quality of code
Understanding of agile / scrum concepts and frameworks
