- Lead large-scale technology transformation programs in banking and financial services
- Drive delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted advisor on core banking modernization, digital architecture, and platform integration
- Mentor and grow high-performing teams
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and contribute to strategic initiatives
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or delivery
- 4+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Deep expertise in core banking platforms, modernization strategies, cloud-native architecture, or digital banking solutions
