Role Description
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working where business and technology meet. Process Improvement: Analyse and optimise business processes, propose efficiency solutions, and support change management.
Business Process Modelling: Create and maintain process models using standard notations and tools, collaborating on "as-is" and "to-be" workflows.
Technical Analysis: Review system capabilities, identify integration gaps, design technical solutions, and produce technical documentation.
Solution Design: Translate requirements into specifications, recommend enhancements, and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
Testing and Validation: Assist with development and execution of test plans for system functionality, participate in test phases, and resolve defects.

Adaptability: You are familiar with traditional waterfall as well as Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
Relevant Skills: You are skilled at mapping out business processes and using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence for project delivery. You understand system architecture, databases, and integrations. You have hands on experience with APIs, data mapping, and system interfaces
