Management Consulting Analyst - S&C GN (Banking)
As a part of Banking practice within the agile and distributed Global Network team, you will contribute as a strategic partner, helping shape new business models, collaborate with clients in unconventional ways, rediscover their purpose, and commit to constant innovation. Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help them achieve their goals.
Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.
Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys, to analyze the client's business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.
Evaluate relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and implement the plans as defined.
Conduct business readiness assessment and follow best practices to drive project implementation.

Key Qualifications:

3-8 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or analytics firms for banks or financial services company

Experience in Core Banking, Corporate/Commercial banking, Payments, Transaction Banking and trade finance across strategy and roadmap design, operating model, process design, business analysis would be an advantage.

Experience across at least one of transaction banking, trade and supply chain finance and corporate lending

Transaction banking: MT to MX/ISO20022 migration, payment’s hubs, real-time payments, Commercial cards, Pricing analytics, Virtual account management systems, Pooling, Cash Management.

Experience in solutions such as Finacle, Temenos, Intellect/ Fiserv/ Volante and/or Treasury management systems like Wallstreet Suite, SAP Treasury and Risk management

Trade and supply chain finance: Documentary trade – letter of credit, letter of guarantee, bank guarantees, Supply chain finance – open financing, receivables finance, payables finance, factoring/reverse factoring, forfaiting, distributor financing, invoice or bill discounting, dynamic discounting, electronic invoice/bill presentment & payment. Experience in solutions such as CGI, Finastra Trade Innovation/ Misys, Neurosoft, TRIMS, Newgen Omniflow, Traydstream, Bolero, Demica, TReDS, Contour, MarcoPolo/ TradeIX

Corporate Lending – Demand Loans, Import & export loans, pre-shipment/post shipment finance, WC Term Loans. Exposure to equipment financing, auto financing, leasing, sovereign lending would be an added advantage. Experience solutions such as LoanIQ, nCino, Cassiopae, Intellect LOS, Finacle/ Flexcube
