Security Consulting Manager - Financial Services
As a Manager in Accenture’s Financial Services Security team, you will address critical security challenges faced by leading clients in the financial sector. Combining business acumen, technical expertise, and commercial insight, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the successful delivery of security projects while driving opportunities to create value for clients. You will collaborate with clients, delivery teams, and Accenture’s global network of security experts to drive seamless and impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning Accenture as a strategic partner.
Oversee the delivery of security-related projects and programs, ensuring smooth execution and exceeding client expectations.
Drive commercial opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and client relationships to expand Accenture’s footprint and deliver measurable value.
Collaborate across teams and geographies, working with security domain experts, account teams, and other Accenture practices to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Define, implement, and manage security strategies tailored to the client’s business needs, addressing challenges such as:
Operational resilience
Regulatory compliance
Digital transformation
Operational and cost optimization
M&A
Emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, quantum computing)
Lead business development initiatives, including proposal creation, client presentations, and market visibility efforts to grow Accenture’s presence in the Financial Services sector.
Coach and mentor junior security professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications:
A degree in Security, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in Security, with a focus on Financial Services.
Proven commercial experience, including identifying and driving business opportunities.
Strong Network and relationships within the Financial Services industry.
Experience in project management and consultancy, with a focus on delivery excellence.
Knowledge in areas such as Cyber Strategy, Cyber Governance and Data & AI Security.
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
