Epic Patient Access Team Lead
🌎 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Epic Patient Access Team Lead with expertise in Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize healthcare IT solutions that make a real impact.
💡 What You’ll Do
Lead and collaborate with global teams, clients, and vendors
Analyze and design business workflows for healthcare systems
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Support system configuration, integration, and testing activities
Drive quality, performance metrics, and continuous improvements
Act as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
1+ year of experience in Healthcare IT (Epic Patient Access role)
Certification in Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central
⭐ Preferred Experience
Experience working in a consulting environment
Participation in at least one full Epic implementation
Knowledge of Referrals & Authorizations, and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE)
