Senior EWM ABAP Developer

Required Qualifications: 

• 6–10 years of experience in SAP ABAP and EWM development, including user exits, BADIs, and custom enhancements. 

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations. Ability to design a solution from a blueprint without detailed functional or technical specifications.  

• Hands-on experience in RF (Radio Frequency) framework for mobile device integration. 

• Experience in MFS for fully automated warehouses and usage of interfaces via TCP/IP to PLC is a plus. 

• Experience in integration with automated warehouse systems (conveyors, Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems, Automated Guided Vehicles). 

• Experience in one or more general programming/scripting languages such as Java, C#, ReactJS or similar is a plus. 

• Knowledge of software development in general (methodology, concepts, design patterns) and familiarity with DevOps practices. 

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Framework and Issue Management Tools (such as Jira) is a plus. 

• Experience working independently on client projects. 

• Ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions. 

• Solid understanding of at least one business process they’ve previously worked on. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of intellectual capacity. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions for global clients. 

• Ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. 

• Provide technical expertise in warehouse processes and logistics, including fully automated warehouse systems. 

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and efficiency within the organization. 

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
