🔎 What you’ll do
As a Junior Functional Analyst Intern, you will support client projects at the intersection of business and technology:
- 📋 Requirements Gathering
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement. - 🔄 Business Process Analysis
Analyze existing processes, identify pain points, and help design optimized solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - 🧩 Functional Specifications
Translate business requirements into clear and structured functional specifications for development and testing teams. - 🤝 Collaboration
Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and functional experts to ensure shared understanding and smooth delivery. - ✅ Testing & Validation
Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, validating functionality, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations. - 🎓 User Support & Training
Assist end users during system implementations through documentation, training sessions, and functional support. - 🚀 Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with Financial Services trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve delivered solutions.

✅ What we’re looking for
🎓 Education
- You are currently completing a Master’s degree, with an expected graduation in 2027
- Background in:
- Business
- Economics
- Engineering
- Or another relevant academic domain
💡 Skills & mindset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Interest in understanding business models and client objectives
- Solid technical aptitude and understanding of IT concepts
- Clear and structured communication skills (verbal & written)
- Problem‑solving mindset with a pragmatic approach
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong team player who enjoys collaboration
- Genuine interest in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets)
- High motivation to learn, grow, and develop continuously
