Work you will do as a Management Consulting Analyst in Song Advisory 
As an analyst in Accenture Song Advisory, you work on real client challenges across the customer agenda. You support teams in shaping growth strategies, designing future operating models, building business cases, and driving large scaletransformations across marketing, sales, service, and customer experience. Your work combines structured problem solving, analysis and storytelling, while collaborating closely with designers, technologists and industry experts. The role offers early exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make tangible impact from the start. 

In your role you will  

  • Work as part of a team on a variety of projects solving complex, customer centric problems  

  • Apply insights and knowledge to help clients navigate in a changing business environment, optimize their businessand leverage their talent  

  • Designand implementend-to-end business processesto transform our clients’ business 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional, high-performing teams, learning from each other and supporting each other’s development  

  • Definehow the client will evolve to thefuture state— i.e., the impact of the changes and the steps we will take to help the leaders, employees, customers and others adapt quickly tonew ways of working, applying AI as an important part of the consulting toolbox
