The Role:
As a Technology Consulting Senior Manager, you will lead high‑impact consulting and delivery engagements across technology modernization, digital banking, cloud migration, data platforms, and enterprise transformation initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into executable technology strategies while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.
The Work:
Technology Strategy & Consulting Leadership
Partner with senior business and technology leaders to shape technology roadmaps aligned to bankings strategic priorities.
Lead consulting engagements focused on platform modernization, cloud adoption, application transformation, and digital enablement.
Provide executive‑level guidance on architectural direction, delivery models, and emerging technology trends.
Program & Delivery Oversight
Lead and oversee large, complex, multi‑workstream technology programs from initiation through execution.
Ensure delivery excellence across scope, schedule, financials, risk, and quality.
Drive alignment across architecture, engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Establish and enforce delivery governance, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior stakeholders, bridging business objectives with technical solutions.
Communicate complex technology topics clearly to non‑technical audiences.
Support business cases, executive presentations, and decision forums related to technology investments.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing consulting and delivery teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to capability building in areas such as cloud, agile delivery, and modern engineering practices.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Champion modern delivery approaches including agile, DevSecOps, and product‑centric models.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, accelerate outcomes, and enhance customer experience.
Stay current on financial‑services technology trends, regulatory considerations, and industry best practices.
Here's what you need:

12+ years of experience in technology consulting, program delivery, or technology leadership roles.

5+ years leading large‑scale technology initiatives within banking or financial services.

Proven experience delivering enterprise technology transformations (cloud, digital platforms, core modernization, data).

Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, including applications, data, infrastructure, and security.

Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence at the executive level.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Here are some preferred skills

Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments at enterprise scale.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern engineering practices.

Experience navigating risk, regulatory, and security considerations in financial services.

Consulting or advisory background with a strong focus on business outcomes.

MBA or relevant professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, cloud certifications) are an asset.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
