The Work:
You will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes. You will define project scope, oversee execution, and communicate across multiple stakeholder groups to manage expectations, risks, issues, and outcomes.
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP QM solutions aligned with client objectives
- Configure and support SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, and audit management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, PM, EWM, etc.) to ensure end-to-end integration
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and support technical teams during build and testing
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, refine, and validate requirements
- Contribute to key design and solution decisions across the project lifecycle
- Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality of deliverables
- Provide recommendations to improve business processes and system efficiency
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support project delivery
- Assist with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
- This role requires to be in the local office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4+ years of SAP experience, with a focus on SAP QM
- Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes (inspection, quality notifications, quality planning, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and support workshops
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:
- Experience driving delivery across various geographically distributed teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Delivery
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
