You will help ensure finance processes, data, and controls transition smoothly by providing strong analytical support, documentation, and coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to high‑quality finance outcomes in a structured yet fast‑moving environment.

You will work as part of a supportive team, learning from experienced practitioners while taking ownership of defined work areas and contributing meaningfully to successful transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support finance transition activities end to end, including process documentation, data validation, issue tracking, and readiness assessments to enable smooth handovers and stable operations.

  • Prepare clear and accurate financial analyses, reports, and transition materials, ensuring information is reliable, well‑structured, and easy for stakeholders to understand.

  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and support the resolution of transition risks and issues.

  • Maintain high standards of governance and control, ensuring work aligns with agreed methodologies, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve documentation, and enhance transition delivery approaches.

Minimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, transition services, accounting, or a related analytical role.

  • Working knowledge of core finance processes such as general ledger, reporting, reconciliations, or financial controls.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging professionally with a range of stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
