Overview
Responsible for implementing data analytics, engineering, and governance solutions on the Databricks platform, with focus on logistics , supply chain and manufacturing data in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build data architectures, pipelines, and data models
- Integrate and transform data from ERP, MES, WMS, and logistics systems
- Deliver analytical, reporting, and predictive outputs (e.g., Power BI)
- Ensure data quality, governance, cataloging, and access management
- Perform process and data flow analysis, identify gaps, and define improvements
- Support standardization and centralization of data platforms
- Execute testing, validation, and documentation
Required Skills
- Databricks (Lakehouse, Spark/PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
- ETL/ELT pipelines and data orchestration
- Data modeling and SQL (relational & distributed data)
- Data governance and data quality practices
- Azure or AWS cloud platforms
- Power BI or similar BI tools
Domain Knowledge (Optional)
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Warehouse, transport, and manufacturing processes
