We are looking for a Medior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant or experienced Key User to join our SAP team. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on SAP PM experience who wants to further develop in consulting or already operates as a functional specialist.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support, optimize, and implement SAP PM solutions across maintenance and asset management processes.
YOUR MISSION:
Support and enhance SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) processes
Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
Configure and customize SAP PM (notifications, orders, maintenance plans, equipment, functional locations)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, EAM, FI/CO)
Participate in implementations, rollouts, or support projects
Provide user support, training, and documentation
Contribute to process improvements and system optimization

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 1610€ - 3150€

WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
2–5 years of relevant experience in SAP PM
Background as:
SAP PM Consultant, OR
Key User / Business Specialist with strong hands-on SAP PM experience
Knowledge of:
Maintenance processes (corrective & preventive)
Work orders and notifications
Asset structures (equipment, functional locations)
Experience with SAP configuration/customizing is an advantage
Understanding of integration with MM (materials, spare parts) is a plus
Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or asset-intensive industries is beneficial
German language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
English language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
Slovak language proficiency at advanced (C1) level
