工作内容:

为世界知名IT高科技企业提供日本市场中小客户的销售支持服务。

1        包括产品升级销售,建立良好的客户关系;

2        为企业提供产品相关咨询服务。

 

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

•            Quota-carrying sales performers for small-to-medium markets

•            Up-selling into production offerings for established customer relationships

•            Participating fully in training sessions, skill building & professional development

•            Provide consultative advice to Businesses to help grow their businesses and achieve their objectives

•            Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads to kick-off the sales process

•            Maintaining and expanding your pipeline of prospects

Profile Attributes 

•            Keen interest in sales and marketing skills: prior sales experience an asset

•            Consultative, with strong listening skills

•            Self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through

•            Ability to multitask and work under pressure

•            Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills

•            Innovative and analytical to help provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering

•            Adaptable and can execute quickly on changing program requirements with flawless execution

Qualifications

.

要求:

1        日语口语流利,N1相当,英语基础读写;

2        日语销售支持或者call center,客服相关经验者优先;

3        办公软件使用熟练,包括MS Office or Salesforce

4        学习能力强,较强的抗压力,沟通能力强。

 

Required Skills  

•            Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese

•            Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Office and Salesforce

•            Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business

Preferred Skills

•            Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment

•            Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with an ability to ramp up quickly

•            Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

•            Proactively communicate to clients on progress and proactively identify areas where clients can improve on how they use our solutions

•            Sales aptitude: exhibiting ability to empathize with customer and meet targets
