Summary:
As a Sales Capture Practitioner, a typical day involves actively shaping and advancing sales opportunities that may encompass single or multiple services. The role requires guiding the entire sales process from initial engagement through to deal closure, carefully crafting strategies to secure wins, negotiating terms effectively, and ensuring a smooth path to finalizing agreements. This position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align efforts and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic sales environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to maximize deal success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their sales capabilities and understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Ability to analyze complex sales scenarios and devise effective win strategies.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to align sales efforts and close deals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
- Capability to manage multiple sales pursuits simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
