Project Role : Inside Sales Representative
Project Role Description : Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary: The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands digital advertising at scale but has also managed marketing end-to-end for exclusive, owned programs with a sharp focus on increasing market share and learner acquisition in a competitive education landscape. Will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across channels while working closely with product, content, and sales teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own the lead generation strategy and execution for proprietary programs, ensuring achievement of enrollment and revenue goals.
Plan, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.), balancing volume, quality, and cost.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position our programs effectively and expand market share.
Collaborate with Product and Content teams to craft compelling positioning, creatives, and messaging tailored for each course.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and funnel metrics, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and ROI-positive.
Identify and test new channels, audiences, and tactics to unlock growth opportunities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Strategy & Optimization, SEO & SEM fundamentals, Google Analytics (GA4), Conversion Tracking & Attribution, A/B Testing, Budget Management, and ROI/ROAS/CAC analysis.
Good To Have Skills: Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), Email Marketing, Remarketing & Retargeting, Tag Management (GTM), Copywriting & Creative Testing, Affiliate Marketing, Basic HTML/CSS, CRM Integration.
Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
Hands-on experience in managing full-funnel performance marketing campaigns.
Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative strategy execution.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in the EdTech industry is required.
A graduate degree is required (MBA preferred).
This position is open to PAN India.
Proven experience in performance/growth marketing within education or edtech is preferred.
