We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional with at least 10 years of experience to join our Cyber Security Team at Accenture, focusing on Health and Public Sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Cyber Security services, deep domain knowledge in Cyber Security, and proven expertise in the Health and Public Sector industry. This role requires fluency in both English and Dutch, as well as a hands-on approach to driving opportunities, shaping deals, and navigating the Accenture organization effectively. The candidate must also demonstrate adaptability in fulfilling various sales roles, including bid management, deal shaping, and deal closing, while maintaining strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:


• Origination and Opportunity Development:

  • Identify and originate opportunities within the Health and Public Sector, targeting large, priority clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Health and Public Sector industry.

  • Demonstrate origination skills to uncover and develop new business opportunities tailored to the Health and Public Sector domain.

• Cyber Security Expertise:

  • Leverage deep Cyber Security domain knowledge to engage confidently in technical and strategic discussions specific to Health and Public Sector.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Cyber Security solutions relevant to Health and Public Sector.

• Deal Management:

  • Take a hands-on approach in driving opportunities through all aspects of the deal process, including origination, solutioning, and closing.

  • Shape deals within the Accenture context, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and structures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Health and Public Sector clients.

  • Fulfill different roles within sales, including bid management, deal shaping, and deal closing, to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of proven experience in Sales, with a focus on Cyber Security services and solutions

• Experience in managing complex Security bids both managed services as implementation services

• Strong domain knowledge in Cyber Security, with expertise in the Health and Public Sector industry.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with priority clients in Health and Public Sector.
• Exceptional origination skills, with a track record of identifying and developing opportunities in Health and Public Sector.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt your way of working based on different teams and stakeholders.
• Clear ‘driving sales’ skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

• Deep understanding of Accenture’s (or similar) organizational structure and processes.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align Health and Public Sector client needs with Accenture’s capabilities.
