TA/Technical Architect Job Description
We are looking for a senior TA who take following works:
Support BD from technical point view:
1) Identify/clarify/dive requirements which impact architectural design
2) Provide feasible/suitable architectural design and related estimation
3) Present/explain design and estimation
Lead Design/Delivery for project
4) Make sure the architectural design is feasible and suitable
5) Identify key challenges and find solutions (Or identify SME to involve)
6) Present/explain design to stakeholders and team members
7) Breakdown the whole architectural and provide work estimation
8) Make sure development teams are following the design
9) Provide solution review for an IT architectural design
10) Identify requirements analysis lack.
11) Identify gap between requirements and architectural design
12) Identify risk on architectural design and work estimation
13) Provide recommendation
14) Provide support for key technical issue
15) Understand issue/situation and client expectation
16) Search possible solution and recommend suitable solution
17) Implement the recommended solution or improve the architectural design
TA/Technical Architect Requirements
1. Architectural Design skill/experience
1) A qualified architect candidate must be familiar with architectural design knowledge/methodology
2) A qualified architect candidate must have full experience for architectural design life cycle on real project.
3) A qualified architect candidate nice to have joined related architect classes or get architect certification.
2. Technical skill/experience
1) A qualified architect candidate must have strong hands-on experience on his technical area
2) A qualified architect candidate must have extensive knowledge on his area.
3) A qualified architect candidate should have extensive knowledge on other IT area, such as Agile, DevOps, Testing.
4) A qualified architect candidate should be familiar with design patterns.
For different area:
1. Micro Service TA:
1) Understand Micro Service design principle.
2) Have experience on popular Micro Service technologies, such as, Spring Cloud, Kubernetes, Dubbo etc.
3) Strong J2EE technical background, familiar with popular open source frameworks.
2. Java TA:
1) Have strong J2EE skills/experience, familiar with open source frameworks, such as: Spring Framework, Open JPA, MyBatis.
2) Have strong skills/experience on database — include SQL DB and NoSQL DB.
3) Have string experience on J2EE Middleware, such as Tomcat, JBoos, Weblogic etc.
3. Web TA:
1) Have strong experience on Web application front-end design/development experience.
2) Master at angularJS, be familiar with other popular front-end skills, such as CSS, ReactJS, CommonJS, jQuery etc.
3) Familiar with automation testing skills on web front-end.
Mobile TA
1) Have extensive skills/experience on Mobile APP design/development skills, include Native and Hybrid Mobile APP skills.
2) Have strong experience on Hybrid Mobile APP deign/development, master at at least 1 popular Hybrid technologies, such as: Ionic, React Native
3) Familiar with testing skills for Mobile APP.
IoT TA:
1) Understand IoT solution design principle.
2) Have rich experience on several IoT industries, such as smart park, smart manufacture, new retail and connected vehicle etc.
3) Have strong knowledge about IoT architecture, include sensor, edge, communication, platform.
4) Have embedded software and backend software skills, such as C, Java language etc.
Soft skills
1) Leading skill: Candidate should be a technical leader, who can lead team from technical perspective, lead/guide team move forward to right technology direction, make proper technical decision.
2) Communication skill: Candidate should be a good communicator, who can listen/understand others clearly and quickly, and be able to show their own idea/thoughts clearly and quickly, who can have skill on communicating to success.
3) Client facing skill: Candidate should have client facing experience and enough skills to handle communication/negotiation against senior client person alone.
4) Consulting skill: Candidate should be able to provide consulting service to client, engage client to win-win solution.
