You are:

The Integration Lead will provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with schedules. Coordinate with the Project and/or Program Manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction. Make recommendations, if needed, for approval of major systems installations. Prepare milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.

Manages the modeling of applications throughout the development lifecycle. Leads design and development activities within specific application software language. Possesses extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts and techniques. Interprets requirements, performs highly complex analyses and presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides development into a final product.


The Work:

  • The day-to-day health and production support of a SAP enterprise system. Production support includes resolution of daily issues, monitoring of the system and working directly with functional analysts.   The lead will proactively investigate methods to improve existing processes.

  • Escalation and management of issues and solution approach to the client and Accenture leadership supporting the overall application functions.

  • Client satisfaction in area of responsibility and against service level agreement, and ensures achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones.

  • Managing status and keeping stakeholders apprised; identifying, assessing and resolving issues.



Qualifications

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

 10 years SAP technical/development/archiving experience with most of what is listed below:

• Developing cross application RICEFW objects in complex ERP programs

• Resolving cross application and cross platform technical issues

• Performance tuning considering the program logic and database considerations

• Developing cross application utilities to improve consistency, performance and avoid errors

• Knowledge of technical integration with BASIS, middleware, functional and infrastructure teams

• Performing release /outage planning and execution

• Performing monitoring and resolution of critical system alerts

• Supporting multi-tier SAP landscape and manage transports across the landscape

• Mentoring developers and analysts and perform technical reviews

 •Managing security role content for system support resources across all environments

• Familiarity with FFMIA regulations

 4 years of experience in:

  • Managing transports in landscape
  • Managing production cutover/releases
  • Support of Audit readiness, providing technical data/information
  • Design, integration, development and training of complex processes within the development and sustainment organizations
  • UAM Command Administrator
  • Functional integration with custom development and SoD remediation
  • Support the design, development and sustainment for compliance deliverables
  • Technical infrastructure design, development and support
  • Performance management and troubleshooting
  • Developing plans/procedures and processes for development
  • Generating system level reporting and metrics

• Experience managing large-scale delivery and operations teams

 US citizenship required


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in SAP
  • Exposure to SAFe methodology
  • 2 years experience with one or more of the following: 
    • Performing monitoring and resolution of critical system alerts
    • Developing cross application RICEFW objects in complex ERP programs
    • Performance tuning considering the program logic and database considerations
    • Mentoring developers and analysts and perform technical reviews
    • Managing security role content for system support resources across all environments 
    • Familiarity with FFMIA regulations
    • Functional integration with custom development and SoD remediation
    • Support the design, development and sustainment for compliance deliverables

Important Information:

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
