About the role
We are seeking an Endpoint Security Analyst to support delivery and operationalisation of endpoint security, DLP, and vulnerability management capabilities within an enterprise security team.
This role is suited to someone building hands-on experience in endpoint security delivery, control validation, issue investigation, documentation, and operational support across Trellix, Tenable, and related security processes.
What you'll be responsible for
- Support configuration, validation, and administration activities for endpoint security, DLP, and vulnerability management platforms.
- Assist with Trellix policy validation, endpoint agent checks, alert review, exception tracking, and configuration documentation.
- Assist with Tenable scan monitoring, asset review, vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, and evidence capture.
- Support DLP alert review, policy testing, exception documentation, and workflow validation under guidance.
- Execute defined checklists, test cases, and operational procedures to validate security control outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of configurations, defects, issues, remediation actions, and test evidence.
- Support defect triage, retesting, reporting updates, and release readiness activities.
- Work with engineers and process consultants to improve runbooks, work instructions, and support documentation.
- Participate in agile delivery ceremonies, operational readiness activities, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Build practical capability across endpoint protection, vulnerability management, DLP, and enterprise security operations.

What we're looking for
- Approximately 3 years’ experience in cyber security, endpoint support, infrastructure support, vulnerability management, service desk escalation, or security operations roles.
- Exposure to endpoint security, DLP, vulnerability management, or security operations platforms.
- Familiarity with Trellix and Tenable, or willingness to develop hands-on capability with these platforms.
- Good analytical skills and ability to follow structured procedures, checklists, and test cases.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and evidence capture skills.
- Comfort working with logs, alerts, scan results, tickets, reports, and remediation status updates.
- Interest in building deeper capability in endpoint security, vulnerability management, and cyber security delivery.
Security Clearance
- Current Australian Government security clearance (Baseline, NV1 or higher), or
- Eligibility and willingness to undergo security clearance.
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
