The Work

As a Security Transformation Practitioner, you will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with multiple teams to design and implement cutting-edge security strategies. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions that strengthen organizational security posture and protect critical digital assets across cloud and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security solutions to enhance organizational security posture and resilience.
- Govern enterprise security tools and architecture frameworks to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Develop and maintain digital identity and platform security measures, including advanced data protection strategies.
- Establish and operate a Security Operations Center (SOC) to effectively detect and respond to cyber threats.

What You Need
- Expert proficiency in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Splunk SIEM Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in security operations or transformation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
