As an SAP Finance Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a critical role in analyzing organizational processes and designing systems to meet business needs. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions, ensuring seamless integration with technology. This role requires a subject matter expert who can collaborate with teams, facilitate workshops, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger is essential, with recommended expertise in SAP FI CO Finance. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze the organization’s processes and design systems to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with technology and business goals. 

  • Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solutions. 

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders. 

  • Develop detailed documentation to support process design and system integration. 

  • Utilize analytical tools to assess data and provide insights for informed decision-making. 

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. 

  • Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key organizational decisions. 

  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation. 

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and recommended expertise in SAP FI CO Finance.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of [8 years] of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and SAP FI CO Finance. 

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger. 

  • Strong understanding of SAP FI CO Finance and its integration with other SAP modules. 

  • Proven experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders. 

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights. 

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

  • Experience in developing detailed documentation to support process design and system integration.
