Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Crisis Management activities, including preparedness, response coordination, and crisis governance
  • Design, implement, and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
  • Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA), including hands-on execution and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis response plans
  • Support and operate Crisis Management and Business Continuity platforms/tools
  • Apply and align practices with ISO 22301 (BCMS) and ISO 22300 standards
  • Bridge Crisis Management and Business Continuity practices to ensure an integrated resilience approach
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, and leadership

职位要求

  • Strong hands-on experience in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, or both
  • Direct experience executing Business Impact Assessments (BIA)
  • Experience working with Business Continuity platforms/tools
  • Experience working with Crisis Management platforms
  • Ability to effectively connect and integrate crisis response and business continuity planning

Certifications & Standards

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management Systems
  • Familiarity with ISO 22300 terminology and principles
  • Crisis-related certifications are a strong plus
