Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Crisis Management activities, including preparedness, response coordination, and crisis governance
- Design, implement, and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
- Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA), including hands-on execution and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis response plans
- Support and operate Crisis Management and Business Continuity platforms/tools
- Apply and align practices with ISO 22301 (BCMS) and ISO 22300 standards
- Bridge Crisis Management and Business Continuity practices to ensure an integrated resilience approach
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, and leadership

- Strong hands-on experience in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, or both
- Direct experience executing Business Impact Assessments (BIA)
- Experience working with Business Continuity platforms/tools
- Experience working with Crisis Management platforms
- Ability to effectively connect and integrate crisis response and business continuity planning
Certifications & Standards
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management Systems
- Familiarity with ISO 22300 terminology and principles
- Crisis-related certifications are a strong plus
