Required Skills
Foundational SAP Basis & HANA
Basic ERP module understanding
OS/DB fundamentals
Intro to AWS/Azure/GCP
Basic networking (VPN, LB, IP ranges)
Basic infra operations awareness
ServiceNow & ITIL basics
Supports maintenance & simple upgrades
