🚀 Responsibilities
- Advise on platform selection, architecture decisions, and technology cost optimization
- Design and implement industry-leading technology assets tailored to business needs
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud and platform strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment
- Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex challenges and recommend actionable strategies to optimize platform performance
- Partner with stakeholders to influence outcomes and elevate quality standards
- Support team growth by sharing knowledge and best practices
✅ Requirements (Must Have)
- +3 years of experience in enterprise platform consulting, advisory, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced conversational English (required for stakeholder interaction)
- Experience contributing to strategic decision-making

- Experience in large-scale digital or enterprise transformations
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.)
