SAP Delivery Lead – S/4HANA

THE WORK:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Lead to drive the execution of SAP S/4HANA projects in close collaboration with our Senior SAP Solution Architect. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions on time and within budget. Your role is critical in bridging strategy with execution, ensuring that architectural designs are successfully implemented while leading and motivating cross-functional delivery teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring alignment with the solution architecture and client expectations.

• Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, ensuring clear communication, progress updates, and risk mitigation.

• Coordinate with the Senior SAP Solution Architect to translate solution designs into actionable delivery plans.

• Oversee quality assurance, testing, and integration activities to guarantee successful deployment and adoption.

• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

• Identify potential risks or blockers and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

• Leverage tools, automation, and technology to streamline delivery processes and enhance efficiency.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Proven experience managing and delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally with end-to-end lifecycle exposure.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules, processes, and integration principles.

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.

• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in complex project environments.

• Ability to translate technical and architectural designs into practical delivery plans.

• Familiarity with Agile, SAP Activate, and other delivery methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) preferred.

• Experience in leveraging emerging technologies and automation to enhance delivery outcomes is a plus.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior SAP Solution Architect to ensure seamless transition from design to delivery.

• Lead and coordinate the delivery team, including SAP consultants, technical leads, and integration specialists.

• Partner with client stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure successful solution adoption.
