Job Title: Developer (Channels & EAI - AS400)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Developer to support Channels & Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) systems within the Core Banking environment. The role focuses on development and Level 2 (L2) support for AS400-based applications, including payment systems and deployment automation processes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for Channels & EAI applications on AS400

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG, C, and Java
-
Support payment systems and ensure smooth transaction processing

Work with DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment

Manage and support ALDON for software deployment automation on AS400

Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements

Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and fixes
职位要求
Required Skills
3 - 5 years experience
Hands-on experience with AS400 platform and DB2 database
Proficiency in RPG, C, and/or Java programming
Experience in L2 support (incident handling, issue resolution)
Understanding of Channels & EAI systems
Familiarity with payment processing systems
Basic knowledge of DevOps practices
Experience working with ALDON deployment tool
Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Core Banking environments
Knowledge of system integration and middleware concepts
Experience in automation and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of banking/payment regulations and workflows
