Custom Software Engineer Lead

Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project ERP_Internal. The client is V&A-INSPIRAGE LLC, a company specializing in providing innovative technology solutions and services to enhance business operations and efficiency. Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Expert proficiency in Software Design & Solutions is required. Intermediate proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines) is recommended. Lead the design and implementation of software components to meet evolving business requirements. Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that improve system performance and reliability. Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and priorities. Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
