What are we looking for? Here’s what you need: • Undergraduate degree or comparable coursework/experience • English language fluency (oral and written) Extra credit if you have: • A minimum of 1 or more years of experience doing similar work • Business Basic Finance education • Understanding of the Accenture sales process • Experience working remotely in a virtual, global environment. You may also need: • A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
Roles and Responsibilities: •The work: You will be a part of the Sales Operations Resale Support team, helping Accenture Technology Resale Team with the administrative support related to the Resale of Technology Hardware, Software, Maintenance and Licenses Renewals, from creating the Accenture offer to final clients, controlling the required documentation, gathering the approvals needed, requesting purchase orders, to invoicing the client. We constantly communicate with our colleagues from Sales, Finance and other teams and we mediate the entire process to successfully resolve the client s request. As part of the Technology Resale Support Services team, you will manage the end-to-end process, from quoting to invoicing. You will: • Be responsible to manage End to End order fulfillment process of the Resale technology opportunities, ensuring all involved parties deliver their scope on time and accurately. • Help Accenture Sales Team with the administrative support related to the Resale of Technology: create the Accenture offer to final clients, deal registrations, invitations to vendors to our system, control the required documentation, gather the approvals needed, request purchase orders, request client invoice, control that booking was done in alignment of Accenture policies. • Manage pipeline of resale opportunities in Salesforce (MMS). • Be in constant communication with colleagues from Sales, Finance and other teams and mediate the entire process to successfully resolve the client’s request.
