What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. Commercial Banking Operations involve the day-to-day activities that support the functioning of a commercial bank. This includes processing transactions, managing accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The goal is to provide efficient and reliable banking services to businesses. These operations are essential for maintaining smooth and secure financial transactions. They also help in building and maintaining customer relationships. Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
What are we looking for? •Provide subject matter expertise support for understanding origination guidelines and utilizing the underlying financial statements to complete the origination process •Undertaking ad-hoc reporting / analysis requirements •Analyzing and executing assignments/deals with moderate complexity •Providing work products with improved quality and timeline •Realize responsibility and completes the task at hand •Involves a little amount of independent decision making •Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards •Underwriting •Banking, Financial Services •Written and verbal communication •Adaptable and flexible •Problem-solving skills •Commitment to quality •MBA/B.COM Finance and Accounting •Flexible to shifts •Good to have experience in origination system and client customized templates •Experience/exposure of US commercial banking operations •Good team player who is dynamic, result- oriented with strong work ethic
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
